Help us find your order

For an order enquiry, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damage, a wrong item or a quality concern, describe the issue and attach clear photographs if available. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Shipping and returns

All orders are dispatched from China. For delivery information, visit our Shipping Policy. To request a return, contact us for instructions and the designated return address before sending your parcel. The address on the original parcel may not be the return address.
