These terms apply to your use of kailashzen.com and purchases from Kailash Zen. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person's rights. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction under applicable law.

Product information

Review the description, materials, measurements and care information for the specific product before buying. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. Any product-specific variations should be considered alongside the listing; they do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices, currency and availability

Prices, the checkout currency and available payment methods are displayed before payment. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout are shown during checkout. Other import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and stock availability may change for future orders. We do not retrospectively change an accepted order's price without a lawful basis or your agreement. If an item is unavailable or a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.

To request a cancellation, address correction or other change, contact us promptly. Availability depends on the order's processing and dispatch status. Requests made after dispatch are handled through the relevant delivery and return arrangements, without limiting statutory cancellation rights.
