Which form should I choose?

Choose a comfortably fitted bracelet or necklace for everyday wear, or compare a supported strand for a seated pause. Do I need to follow a religion?

You can choose contemporary jewelry for its design or a personal intention. Our optional everyday routines are separate from instruction in a religious practice. For traditional uses, seek guidance within that tradition; our cultural introduction gives background references.

Are these pieces made or blessed in Tibet?

Tibetan-inspired describes a design reference. Our current supplier information does not establish a Tibetan workshop, temple origin or consecration, so we do not present those as product facts. Product listings identify the material and construction information available for each piece.

Are meditation beads always 108 beads?

No single photograph or product name settles the count. Check the supplier-listed breakdown for the exact strand, including whether spacers and separate tail beads are counted. Read what mala beads are for the distinction between cultural context, counting conventions and contemporary jewelry.

Does mindfulness jewelry treat anxiety or relieve stress?

Our jewelry is a personal reminder, not a treatment, and no particular emotional or health result is promised. The daily pause guide discusses an optional familiar tactile cue and its limits. Research on mindfulness practices or programs does not establish an effect from wearing jewelry.

Where do you ship from?

All Kailash Zen orders are dispatched from China. We do not operate overseas warehouses. Shipping origin is separate from a product's manufacturing or material origin.

Where can you deliver?

We currently deliver only to the United States, with all orders dispatched from China. Service availability depends on the complete address and the item. Checkout shows the delivery options available for your address. Contact us before ordering if you need to check a remote or special address.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 2–5 business days, followed by 10–20 business days of standard transit after carrier acceptance. The estimated total is 12–25 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Customs inspections and transport disruption can affect arrival; estimates are not guaranteed dates. We do not offer expedited delivery.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping to the United States is US$18 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below US$150, and free when it is US$150 or more. The threshold excludes taxes and shipping. Final charges are shown in USD at checkout before payment. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

For tracked services, use the details in your shipping notification or order information. Updates can take time between international checkpoints. If details are missing or a parcel appears delayed or lost, email us with your order number so we can investigate.

Will I need to pay customs charges?

Orders enter your country from China. Unless we expressly state otherwise, duties, taxes and clearance fees not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient. Check local requirements before purchasing and contact us about any charge you believe was already paid.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us promptly with your order number and requested change. Whether we can change the order depends on its processing and dispatch status. After dispatch, the delivery and return arrangements apply. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

Can I return my purchase?

You may notify us of a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item and send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. We cover necessary return postage for damaged, incorrect, faulty or misdescribed items. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email us as soon as you notice the issue. Include the order number, a description and photographs if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under our Returns & Refund Policy. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

How do I choose a size?

Check the measurements in the specific product listing, including bead size, strand length, inner circumference or adjustment details where provided. Measure the area where you intend to wear the piece and allow for your preferred fit. Contact us before ordering if a measurement you need is missing.

What materials are used?

Refer to the description of the individual item. Materials and construction can differ between products. A product name or visual style alone does not establish material, origin, certification or a spiritual property. Ask us before purchase if a detail is essential to your decision.

How should I care for my piece?

Follow any care instructions provided for your specific item. As a general precaution, avoid prolonged water exposure, perfumes, harsh cleaners, strong sunlight and excessive pulling on cords or elastic. Store pieces separately in a dry place. Ask us before using a cleaning method on an unfamiliar material.
