The full 65 cm length is not a wrist measurement. The strand is non-elastic: never stretch it over the hand or force another wrap. Compare its length and bead size with a strand you already own. Tail adjustment does not make the main loop elastic. Wear only in a configuration that passes over the hand easily and rests without pressure.
